Payment policy
Medical Insurance: If you have medical insurance,
the cost can usually be recovered up to a limit depending
on your individual policy. (The Back Clinic is recognised by leading medical insurance
companies.). However, to keep administrative costs to the
minimum we ask our patients to settle their bills with us
direct and claim refunds from their insurer.
GP & Specialist Referral
You do not need a referral letter to come for an assessment
at The Back Clinic. If you intend claiming the cost from your
insurers, you may need a referral letter from your specialist
of GP, which can be arranged after your initial assessment.
Payment Policy: Patients are kindly requested to pay
the Clinic directly and (if insured) to reclaim the cost of
treatment from their insurance provider. Our staff are happy
to assist in the administration of insurance forms. We accept
payment by cash, cheque, Switch or the following credit cards:
Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellations: It is essential that you arrive on
time for your appointment. If you are late, we may have to
reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to other patients.
Patients who fail to attend their appointment without giving
more than 24hrs prior notification will be charged the full treatment fee.
Your First Appointment: It is essential that you arrive

fee of £40.
